Our products are available for shipment and delivery anywhere in the world via by UPS or USPS.
Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are processed and shipped on the following Monday. Placing an order with Silicium Laboratories is easy. You will be asked to enter your account information. If you are already a registered user, enter your e-mail address and password. If you are a new customer, click on “I am a new customer and would like to create an account”, then fill out the form. The details you provide in this form will be used to ship the products. Please fill out the form carefully. After you verify your details, click 'send'.
In a few seconds an e-mail will be sent to you with your new login information and password, which you will use to place orders. Note our software does not accept P.O. Boxes. You can still order but please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order particulars and information and an order will be created for you. Also note the very small box which indicates “I am over 13 years of age.”
Please check this box if you are over 13 years of age. As you browse through our website you will notice an "Add to Cart" button next to each product. Clicking this button places the product in your shopping cart for purchase. You can add any number of products to your shopping cart in this manner. You also have the option of changing product quantities or removing items from your cart. View all the products you have in your shopping cart at any time by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" button.
When you have finished shopping, please click on the "Pay & Finish" button. After entering the recipient’s details, click on "Continue," and the next screen will show you your order details. The last thing you will do is choose your payment option. If you choose to pay by credit card, you will be taken to the ICICI secure payment gateway. Please print out a copy of the receipt generated. You will receive confirmation of your order by e-mail. VERY IMPORTANT FOR NON-USA and NON-CANADA clients. Our credit care software has reoccurring issue with credit cards from outside of North America.
