Shipping, Returns, and Customs

  1. REFUNDS PERMITTED: 

SILICIUM LABORATORIES LLC wants you to be delighted with your shopping experience and purchase. We accept returns; if you find that you must return an item, we try to make this process as comfortable as possible. Within 60 days of receiving a shipment from SILICIUM LABORATORIES LLC, you may return any unused or used product for a full refund less shipping and handling.  

Our products are 100% guaranteed so that if you are not satisfied with their efficacy, you may return the product for a full refund less shipping and handling. 

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

  1. EXCHANGES  

We only exchange goods if they are defective or damaged. In circumstances where you consider that a product is broken, you should promptly contact us at SILICIUM LABORATORIES. Please call our Customer Service department at (305) 779-0171 or send an e-mail to info@orgonolivingsilica.comandrea@orgonolivingsilica.com or daniel@orgonolivingsilica.com with details of the product and the defect, you will need to provide pictures as proof and from them, we will decide that you need to send the product back.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will thoroughly examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product. 

  1. EXCEPTIONS  

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.  

These include:  

    1. Orders shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii are treated as international orders
    2. Silicium Laboratories LLC takes specific care in choosing which promotional items and promotional products are on our site. Due to the limited time promotions and the deals that we have promotions or one-day deals are not returnable, or you will have to submit a case, and all items will need to be returned including the free items. Please check your order for defects immediately upon arrival, as there are no returns after 60 days from receipt of the order. If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please contact our sales department at info@orgonolivingsilica.com or (305) 779-0171, and we will work diligently to resolve the issue.  
  1. SHIPPING 

Our products are available for shipment and delivery anywhere in the world via by UPS or USPS.  All domestic USA orders ship via UPS Ground except deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes which are by USPS.  International orders ship by USPS to local Post.  

 

UPS Ground shipments are only $7.95 for a single product or below seven pounds and Orders above eight pounds will charge $10.95*. Some exclusions do apply: 

a)      Established quote it is valid within the continental United States 

b)      Established tariff is valid to ONLINE ORDERS only 

c)      We do not ship on Saturday and Sunday 

d)      Delivery time may waiver outside of estimate depending on the high volume of orders. 

e)      All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS depending on size and weight. 

 

USPS shipments are calculated based on quantity ordered. Shipments under 4 lb. (1.8kg) ship First Class Mail and all others Priority Mail. 

Shipping total is provided in the cart at checkout.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice.  

Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment.  

We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. 

 

Standard Shipping

  • $7.95 below seven pounds
  • $10.95 above eight pounds* 
  • Delivery Time: 5-10 Business Days (Monday-Friday) 

 

International Orders***: 

  • Calculated by a Silicium Laboratories representative. 
  • Delivery Time: Dependent on location, the customer will be notified of estimated timeframe and shipping costs. 
  • Please note freight charge does not include customs duties and taxes. 
  • MINIMUM SHIPPING COST OF $25 

 

 

International Orders 

Orders shipping to either Alaska or Hawaii are treated as international orders. For our international customers to receive the best possible price on shipping, all shipping costs will be calculated by a Silicium Laboratories representative. After a total for shipping has been calculated, the international customer will be contacted and notified of the shipping charge before the order is finalized. The customer will also be notified of an approximate delivery date. The order will not be placed until the customer has been contacted, and the order will be dropped one week (7 days) from the time the order was initially placed if the customer is unreachable. 

 

Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may be incurred on your international shipment. 
 
* Please note that heavy/large items and multiple boxes may require an additional shipping cost. Charges will be added at checkout, or a Silicium Laboratories representative will contact you to confirm the charges. 

** Expedited Shipping orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST to ship that day.

  1. DUTIES AND TAXES

Orders shipping to destinations outside the United States might incur duties and taxes. If duties and taxes are imposed on your order, they are due at time of delivery. Please consult your local customs office for more details about your country's duties and taxes. We are not responsible for any import taxes or duties which may be incurred on your international shipment.

  1.  "LOST" PACKAGE

An international order will not be considered ‘lost’ until 60 days from the date of shipment. We are unable to process claims until the 60-day period has passed. Please note: Before you make a purchase, please be aware of the personal purchase limit set by your country.

  1. RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) places numerous strict regulations upon the delivery of consumable items into the United States, OJIO may not be able to process returns on international orders. If you received the wrong item or the product appears defective, please contact Customer Service at info@orgonolivingsilica.com; we will review each circumstance on a case-by-case basis to determine if a return can be processed.

  1. ERRORS IN ADDRESS:

If you make an address error on your order, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been submitted. Please know that we work directly with our shippers to help resolve address issues where possible, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays, fees, or other delivery issues if you've made an error in the shipping information on your order. If such an error causes an order to be rejected, lost, or destroyed, we cannot issue a refund or replacement of any kind. If the error causes the order to be sent back to us, you may be responsible for return shipping fees, and we will only refund the cost of the merchandise.

  1. DELIVERY ADDRESS 

If this is the first occasion you order with www.orgonosilica.com, please confirm your shipping address and, if necessary, include a note in the "comments" section with additional instructions needed to execute the delivery successfully.   

  1. ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIME  

Orders usually ship the next business day after being received. The processing order time is one to two business days not including Saturday and Sunday orders which are processed and shipped on the following Monday. 

  
Orders ship from Miami, FL. UPS Ground delivery requires two business days after pickup to deliver to East Coast addresses and Five business days to West Coast addresses.  USPS Priority Mail requires two to three-day transit in the continental USA to the same areas mentioned, which means that usually, it takes from 5-10 business days to deliver depending on the zone and the season. 

 

International orders vary depending on the distance from the USA. For example, USPS orders to Canada arrive in seven to ten business days and Australia in no less than ten business days. Shipments to Mexico require ten business days minimum.
