INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Can be applied before training or immediately after training. Its use is highly recommended within 45 minutes of muscular work or before muscle overload going to the catabolic phase. Apply with light circular massage throughout the affected muscle area, until completely absorbed. Do not apply to wounds. The cream is quickly absorbed through the skin and does not stain clothes. The peppermint provides a menthol scent and analgesic effect without the infusion of chemicals in the body as with other menthol rubs.

INGREDIENTS: Organic silicon, sesame oil, lemon extract, Ruscus (Butchers Broom), Fucus vesiculosus (Bladder wrack), horse chestnut, bilberry extract, natural menthol, wheat germ oil, cocoa butter, yellow bees wax, lemon peel extract , vitamin E, natural peppermint and essential oils.

PACKAGING: Bottle of 200 ml. Should last approximately 3 months if applied daily to specific areas worked during exercise.
